Mission:
Our mission as a music publisher is to “promote, protect, and collect” the songs that are entrusted to us. Our primary means of promotion is online promotion through the Highest Praise Network of websites, email lists, and other social networking services. Our first objective is to bring exposure to songs that inspire authentic, Spirit-led praise and worship so that they have increased usage in personal and corporate worship. Our second objective is to protect these assets and third, to collect royalties and financial provision to the songwriters who craft them.
It’s our belief that songwriting is an incredible gift from God. As with any gift, we should be good stewards of them. Included in that stewardship is the choice to make many of our songs freely available for personal and corporate worship. We collect royalties on behalf of our writers through CCLI for corporate worship and directly through commercial projects, recordings, videos, and other performances.
Song Submissions:
The HPP Catalog of songs is developed through relationship and not through unsolicited demos or submissions. If you would like to have your songs considered for publishing through HPP, they should be available for listening online. There are number of online sites that allow you to upload demos or recordings of your music. The days of wading through stacks of CDs are over. Because HPP specializes in online marketing and resourcing, this is our preferred method of song discovery. Unsolicited demos received in the mail will not be reviewed in most cases.
