1. The Worship Community - YOU are invited to PRE-LAUNCH!

I'd like to extend a special invitation for you to visit our new forums called "The Worship Community". This is in "pre-launch" meaning it's not been advertised, and the site hasn't even been designed yet. However, the message boards are fully functional. If you're not familiar with "forums", please check them out ... it's an awesome way to engage in web-based discussion. The purpose is to discuss "everything worship" - from your favorite worship songs, albums, leadership techniques, praise band questions, worship leader tips, pastoral/worship team relations ... and a huge section on TECHNICAL ASPECTS such as video, projection, lighting, sound ... all helpfully moderated by some incredible professionals on these topics.
Before we launch this globally, we'd like to have hundreds of active members and ongoing, active discussions on the forum - so come on over and GET STARTED by registering (Yes, it's F-R-E-E!) and posting your first "introduction" message and your own questions, comments, or replies to other messages. You can easily "email subscribe" to only the topics that interest you.
2. Podcasts and Blogs - Stay Connected!
Lots has been happening in my own personal life .. I always like to extend an invitation to those worshipers who visit HighestPraise.Com to visit my own personal blog page at www.fredmckinnon.com.
I've posted a brand new entry today called "Bus Driver - MOVE THAT BUS". I think it's a relevant entry that connects a popular TV show to the reality of what God has done in our lives.
I've also had MAJOR CHANGE in my own personal life over the last couple of weeks ... regarding a new Ministry Position - but I'll let you read about it on the blog! (you can signup for email updates there as well)
 As for podcasts ... hope you'll consider joining these as well. "Podcasts" are internet-based broadcasts, like a radio or TV show - but online. If you use Apple's iTunes ... you can easily subscribe to them, but iTunes or iPods are NOT required. You can listen on the given web sites, or you can subscribe through other "feed readers", such as iTunes, or your own personal start pages, such as "myGoogle", "myYahoo", etc.

This podcast is a spontaneous, unedited time of intimate worship, prayer, and meditation. It's not produced to be a perfect sound byte - it's targeted for immediate ministry. It's an opportunity to slow down and have a short "worship interlude" with myself or other worship leaders. I've been sitting down and just recording myself playing the piano, singing, reading Scripture, and ministering as the Holy Spirit leads. In the last episode, I felt a strong sense that God was ministering to people who were dealing with unforgiveness, resentment, and past hurts. Since publishing that podcast, I've had some incredible testimonies and responses.

3. "Extravagant Love" - Live Piano Solo at IndieHeaven.Com
For those who are faithful to visit my Artist Site at IndieHeaven.Com, I'm delighted to announce that one of my piano solos, "Extravagant Love" has made it's debut on the Radio Chart at IndieHeaven.Com. It would be a blessing if this song could eventually move up into the "Top 10" - as a result, it would be heard by thousands of listeners. That's not for my praise or glory, but it's giving exposure to a song that blesses so many people when they listen. I am so humbled by the many emails and testimonies I receive from those who hear this piece and experience a closeness to God as a result.

* Scroll the Radio Chart, and find "Extravagant Love" by Fred McKinnon (as of writing this newsletter, it's around #102 on the chart, a long way to go for the Top 10!)
* Click the Song Title - it should start playing within a few seconds.
